Replacement filters
Claims below apply to EQ-OPTM + EQ-OPTM-R + EQ-OPTM-PRE-R as a complete configuration. Physical fit alone does not establish certified performance.
100,000 gallons / 12 months. Replace at the earlier of the documented volume or time limit; follow source instructions for any earlier replacement triggers. Capacity / component source
No gallon limit in captured instructions / 6 months. The manual specifies a time interval and earlier replacement if water flow decreases; no gallon limit is published for this stage. Capacity / component source
The source’s cyst row shows a 99.95% requirement, 99.62% result and “Pass”; because this is inconsistent, the cyst claim is withheld pending clarification. The current replacement page specifies 100,000 gallons; the maintenance calculation uses that earlier limit rather than the 106,750-gallon performance-sheet capacity. Maintenance covers the standard main-filter, sediment-pre-filter installation. Optional UV, conditioners and upgraded pre-filters are excluded. Replace pre/post housings every five years as instructed; hardware and labor are outside the filter budget.
Reduction claims
IAPMO certification stated in the manufacturer document. The registry was not independently checked. Only captured source-supported claims are shown; laboratory performance is not a guarantee for your water.

Materials & structural scope
No separate materials-only record captured. This does not mean the system lacks materials certification.
Unlisted contaminants have no captured claim here. An absent catalog claim does not prove absence of certification.
Annual filter cost
- EQ-OPTM-R · 1 units / year$599.99
- EQ-OPTM-PRE-R · 2 units / year$83.98
Some stages have only a published time or gallon limit. This estimate uses the captured limits; follow flow, indicator and other earlier replacement triggers in the instructions.
For each item: round up the larger of annual water use ÷ capacity and 12 ÷ replacement months, then multiply by quantity and unit price. This conservative full-year budget does not credit the filters supplied with a new system. Multi-pack prices are allocated per filter; buying whole packs can cost more. It excludes system purchase, hardware, optional upgrades, shipping, tax, labor, water and electricity. Editable prices are your assumptions.

Standard installation component list and replacement instructions. Optional UV/conditioner upgrades have separate maintenance. Housing replacement is hardware maintenance, not a filter consumable.
Use exact item number and product-specific capacity. Generic Claryum marketing modules do not establish whole-house certification.
